We were referred to Francois by our friend in Colorado and for good reasons. Our experience would not have been what it was without Adam. He went above and beyond for us and was always honest. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he’d find it for you. Incredibly hard working to the end which resulted in us finding a car by our deadline. If you want a great experience, ask for Adam!
The team at Francois Ford is world class. I traveled all the way from Colorado to purchase a new truck from them as they were able to offer me by far the best price BOTH sides of the Mississippi! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and delivery experience, they picked me up at the airport and the truck was ready to be driven off the lot after a few signatures. If you live closer than Colorado, there’s no reason you should go anywhere else to buy a Ford than Francois!
They were by far the best car purchasing experience I've had. Adam was great- he was not only helpful and informative, but he was just as motivated as I was to make a deal and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Julie is hands down the friendliest and least-intimidating financial manager you could hope to meet.
I bought this beauty today! (Nissan V8 Titan). My experience at Francois was awesome and everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and easy going. Isaac was my salesperson and he was thorough, respectful and full of knowledge about a Nissan even though it's a Ford Dealership! I would highly recommend working with these folks for a new or used vehicle. I especially enjoyed working with Isaac because of his sense of humor, his willingness to negotiate a fair deal and his positive attitude. It made buying a used vehicle actually fun! Julie was amazing - super friendly and knowledgeable as well. I will send all my friends and family to Francois because they do have the best prices and absolutely the best service I have ever had buying a vehicle!!!

Our in-person meeting wasn't too bad, but the negotiation process with Isaac on a price was absolutely ridiculous and terrible. And it was incredibly confusing. We gave our offer on a car, Isaac said "GOOD NEWS!" after returning from his office, as if he was preparing to accept the offer, only to turn it down and claiming that he was only going to make $60 off a $9000 vehicle. Later, he offered us $100 for our trade-in, claiming that's all it was worth, while the salvage yard was offering $220. He called us back 3 more times and never gave a counter offer. On the last call he said he would accept our offer for $500 less than asking price. We asked for the new offer to be typed up as an official quote. When we got the revised quote, we discovered that it was only the original quote without the line for 5% sales tax, but he instead added "PLUS TAX" in his own handwriting. The original total price didn't change even though he attempted to make it appear as if he lowered the price by $500. He hoped that we would agree to the doctored quote. Sadly, the fact that he used this technique means that it has worked before and that he is in the habit of taking advantage of ill prepared buyers. I guess there's a reason cars salesmen have such a notorious reputation. Never have we felt so blatantly disrespected and taken for fools. We will not be buying from Francois, and you would be well advised to not buy from them as well.
When I bought my previous car at another local dealer, the transaction took two full days to complete and I left feeling a little taken advantage of. Here I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and by that evening I was home with a great deal on my brand new car. They even drove it to my house so I wouldn't have to bother someone else for a ride- props again to Adam for making that happen.
